Upon reserving your Alhambra tickets, you will be informed of the specific meeting point for your tour, which will either begin at Plaza Bib Rambla or at the entrance gate of the Alhambra, depending on the time of your Alhambra tickets.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the activity. 50% refund up to 24 hours prior to the activity. If you cancel with less time or do not show up, no refund is offered.

What should I do if I can’t find the meeting point?

We are always here to assist you on this journey. We will be one phone call away to make sure that you get to the meeting point if needs be.

What if I am late for the tour?

Don’t worry! There is always a way to catch up with us. You just need to let us know and we will meet you in our next destination on the itinerary. But keep in mind that Alhambra is not as tolerant as we are when it comes to punctuality, for Alhambra tours, you must be present in the meeting point 1 hour prior to the beginning of the tour.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Can I make a group reservation?
